After knowing 0 commissions from Assurant and UNHOne, I think it will be good to know commissions from Blues / Anthem from different states for 2015-2016.. Here is what I know/guess, please correct me and add to the list if you can.. this will be helpful for the community..
TX => 6%
FL => 0%
AL => 0%
IL => 6%
IN => 6%
OH => 6%
NH => 6%
NV => 6%
OK => 6%
