My NPN is on Agent & Broker registration completion list for plan year 2016, at CMS enterprise portal says under "my access" my "existing roles" include FFM Agent/Broker. When I land on hc.gov from a carrier's portal, it prefills my username but when I put in the password it says incorrect, so I click on "forgot password" to reset but can't receive any email from hc.gov. Called them but they said they don't reset password for agent. What should I do?
