Has anyone noticed that United of Omaha has changed underwriting? Every case that I have submitted to them the last 6 weeks has either needed a PHI or a questionaire. Never had any problems until lately. Maybe I am writing less healthy people and they are not telling me the whole story. Most of the policies are issued, but I don't like the delay.
