Possible Reason Why NPN Not Showing Up on Apps

I have noticed that several of my clients apps did not have my NPN on it when we went in to their account to view coverage for 2016.

It looks like if the policy lapsed at some point during 2015, the auto renewal process does not happen. It makes you re-enroll that person, but does not move over ssn, your npn, or income info to the new app. It does move over the address and phone numbers.

I am thinking if you had clients who lapsed in 2015, but they come back to you for 2016, your info will not cross over to the new app so you have to enter it yourself.
