Need Income for Senior Couple

He is roughly 72 and she is 66. They have about $300K to work with. About $70K is liquid in low risk market stuff for liquidity. They need about $20 K a year in income. Any suggestions? The $370 K could be allocated but obviously some liquidity must be available. They want to turn on income as fast as possible.
