We're seeing a new issue in the backoffice of this major carrier. I have a growing list of clients whom haven't reviewed plan options who are being auto re-enrolled into 1-1-16 plans.
So if they want to change their plan and stay with the same carrier....said carrier will have 2 plans in the system.
