Last Year ACA Enrollee Can't Be Verified This Year

A client whom I enrolled around this time last year in an Obamacare subsidized plan is now NOT recognized in the system. Oh her account is there... but when we got to the end of this year's questions - the website said that her identity could not be verified, and that she would have to call Experian to get verified.

Experian couldn't identify her - and couldn't even find her in the system... so she called the phone number for healthcare.gov - and they, too, could not find her in the system. That was two weeks ago... yesterday, she called up to see if they had found her in the system, yet..
