How Do You Handle this Clean Sheeting I Ran into Today?

Ran into a screwed up guy today and it was a Gi all the way. He said his wife was on oxygen and had just gotten an immediate benefit policy. I said no way on oxygen. Looked at the policy and its $42 for $10k of coverage taken out 5 months ago.It was clean sheeted for smoking and oxygen. I said this won't pay if you die in the 2 yr period.She said what do you have. I said its $63 with a 2 yr wait. She said ok if I die in 2 yrs mine won't pay for 2 yrs and if I buy yours it won't pay for 2 yrs and its 50% more expensive. Plus i'm 5 months into my 2 yr wait.
