I had a client miss a payment with family benefits. It was the second time this year. The guy is a good client. He called Martha and reset up the draft and everything the last time. I barely had to do anything.
I get a new return Of premium Notification and under the reason it says: individual (beneficiary) deceased.
I've called him and he hasn't answered. I called Family Benefits and they've never seen that reason come back from the bank. No death claim had been filed.
Has anybody else ever seen this?
