F&G Has 3.0% for Platinum Series, Who Has 3.1%?

Been getting emails about some company having a 5 year MYGA for 3.10%, and I know F&G has their 3.0% going on right now, but who's this other company? They said it was A rated, so that couldn't mean F&G.
