Hi guys, First post here. I've only been in the health/life insurance business for 6 months, so please be patient with me.
I am currently working as an agent with American Republic. If anyone knows how there contracts work, please let me know. I'm not sure if I'm a captive agent as no where on the contract does it say captive.
The reason I ask, is I want to start contracting with FEXcontracting, but am not sure if my contract is tied up to legal obligations.
I don't want to ask my boss, for fear that he'll screw me with his knowledge of how to pull strings.
