Trust

I'm currently transitioning from FE to Med Supps.

I've had 3 last week and 2 this week that can qualify to switch and save several hundred per year while staying in the same letter plan. I'm doing F2F and couldn't close them. None of them said no so I'm following up with all of them. The leads were generated with a telemarketer.

Not what I'm used to as FE sales are a one call close. Is this going to be different in that respect?
I'm assuming the issue is trust.

What are some things I can do or books I can get on developing trust quickly?
