I have a guy that is being non renewed by USAA for his student housing. Apparently too many students per unit.
Foremost won't take for the same reason.
TAPCO got me a quote for 7K.
PHYL is not interested.
It's a two year old two unit building. No frat. 550k building value.
Anywhere else that would consider this? Do the captives like State Farm or Allstate write these?
