Is Humana the ONLY One who Pays Like This?

I know that the Compensation rules give a MAXIMUM compensation amount per contract, but that the MA carrier can actually pay BELOW that amount. Out of the ones that I market, Humana is the ONLY one who doesn't "bump up" the older contracts to the new max compensation. I have a lot of $13.33 and $14.75/ mo contracts who will NEVER reach the max compensation amount ($17.91/mo in 2016) as long as they stay on The same Humana plan. If rates increase, the difference will become more pronounced. I'll say one thing. I won't argue with a client who wants to change from the Humana plan that I put
