It seems that working with surplus lines can be so common in South Florida. There are also admitted companies like Ascendant and Granada that make selling General Liabilities a breeze as well. The problem is that they are smaller companies that are not rated with AM Best and a diligent effort is required first with the surplus lines. I was wondering if some of you agents out there can share what companies you are using to place your clients that request general liability coverage, especially contractors?
