For EXISTING MEMBERS- I know that I've seen carriers like Humana send invites to hear about their plans. Pacificare/United Healthcare would have Town Hall meetings. Aetna is actually calling my members and inviting them to functions that I'm not aware of. I'm feeling awkward when they call to ask me about these meetings, but make the best of it by making face to face meetings with them. My concern is that they'll let an agent on hand flip them to another Aetna product at a fancy venue and then I lose AOR. I do my best to service them throughout the year, but not easy to reach all of them
