Wrote a client today with ACI that answered one "yes" question in the last section because she had a TIA almost 2 years ago so she would have been eligible for their true graded product of 40% first year and 75% second year and would have paid me 110% commission which is great for that kind of product. So when she was done with the interview she handed the phone back to me and the guy tells me she is qualified for the Modified product. I ask why since she answered only one yes in the graded section of the application. He tells me he can't discuss the interview with me and that I need to call
