Recently, retirees of the Federal government of Nigeria were forced to wait to collect their retirement and terminal benefits for the sins they committed yester-years. Obviously, these categories of retirees doctored their age at the time they were to be engaged; choosing to submit “AGE DECLARATION” in place of “BIRTH CERTIFICATE”.
