A lady I talked to yesterday just got a direct hire as a sales manager with The Assurance Group. I never knew they owned Leads To Success. They have a great contract and agents medical benefits along with other benefits for the agent you can either be a 1099 or W-2. She showed me their contract I was kind of impressed with it. They have some nice multiple carriers and their leads or first class responders that you can get for free with a little bit of a lower commission which I was really surprised.
