Producers who Work Higher Income Areas?

Hey guys,

My question is for producers who work in higher income areas where the median income maybe 35,000 or more.

1) Do you have the same success rate in neighborhoods where people have an income of 35,000 or higher?
2) I am assuming most of your potential clients would already have Life Insurance. In this case what have you found the most common need for these prospects? Is it to leave some funds behind for the surviving spouse/ children etc.?
