I am interested in getting the license to sell life and health insurance. My state does allow online classes to fulfill the prelicensing education requirement, but you must have a "disinterested third party (someone who is not a friend, family member, or financial connection to you)" monitor the course completion exam.
How do people recruit a stranger watch them take a test on their computer? Just hire somebody on Craigslist? I know plenty of people that I could ask to do it, but if I know them, are they a friend and not a disinterested third party?
