New On Exchange Billing Issue

Receiving multiple reports of clients (not on auto pay) receiving invoices that are for the full amount of the premiums not the premiums minus the APTC.

2 clients have made it through to customer service today and have been advised it was an error in the billing system and to disregard the notice.

This is the same carrier who didn't auto draft clients on auto draft back in June.

Just a heads up for those who are working with this carrier so they don't have to sit on the phone extended times only to be told exactly what you're reading now.
