Please i need some advise . i have been selling FE plans for 2 years now. But the cost of leads and charge backs are making me reconsidering if i want to keep going. I have been offered a position in a allstate agency they offered me. $2080 dollars salary per moth plus 3 % commision on all the bussines i bring in and if i do good they will raise my commision to 6%. Is this a good deal? any advise will help thanks
