When a T65 is Unable to Afford a Med Sup

I have recent Med Sup leads where the prospects returned the lead cards.
I've spoken to a few of the leads and they either have Kaiser coverage(and want to stay w/Kaiser). Or they don't have the funds to pay for a Med Sup.

There are MA plans available that are less expensive and which I'm licensed to sell in the area. My understanding is I can have them sign a SOA and set an appointment to return as early as 24-hours later to discuss the MA. Is that correct? Or should I schedule the MA presentation later. Thanks.
