Transamerica Bank Draft

App submitted 7/31,eft form,page 2 part B1 checked and dated 8/3(initial draft date),part B2 recurring DD 3rd.

Policy effective date 8/3.

So upon delivery the client hands me the Aegon letter stating they initially drafted on 8/13 along with the NSF letter from the bank.

When we called customer service we got one of those kids and after I lay out the situation,he says "you sent the app in on a friday,7/31 and you expected us to draft it on monday 8/3,he went around and around,wasn't looking at the correct policy,form,so I asked for a supervisor.
