I have a married couple. We got Life Insurance on her, and now are pursuing Life Insurance for him. Here is the twist. He changed his last name to hers recently (as in within the past two weeks).
In all of my 18 years, I've never heard of the husband changing his last name to hers.
How do I handle the application with him? Do we do it under his first last name, or is everything now under his new last name?
Any help would be appreciated.
