I dislike when Former IMO gives me contracts that I can get myself direct with company! I dislike when IMO thinks there way is the only way to sell Fe.
I like when current IMO listen to my strategy to try something different.
I like when current IMO don't talk down when I tell them I will not need too buy TM leads or DM leads to be successful. I did try them but it was a waste of money and time comparing to my current marketing.
To my fellow agents list your likes and dislikes I know these IMO will listen and do more of what works and make adjustments to what we dislike.
