TA/Direct Express

So who has had success with clients stain on the books using direct express? I recently went above and beyond to get a Transamerica application through their web of confusion. but the next day a client called and said their family member took all the money out of their direct express account and forgot to leave money for their initial draft day.

The best part of the story is she wasn't even drafted this month because Transamerica continues to give me chest pain over difficulty with this application . So lucky for me they are tomfoolery prevented a chargeback.
