I've now lost at least a half dozen sales when i was doing the presentation, or in some cases, had the presentation completed with the POS interviewer on the phone with the client, when a family member suddenly showed up. Spouses, kids, grandkids, whoever. Everything is going great, then they show up... and proceed to piss all over the party.
