Have a senior with a a DOB of 1-4-49. His Medicare number ends in T , A 1-1-2014 B 7-1-2015. Does he have a SEP for 9-1 for a MAPD? He will have a late enrollment penalty for Part B I believe. He missed his original enrollment in B and had to enroll this last January. Thanks!
