Is this going on with all of the carriers or ONLY Humana? I just completed the recert and noticed that:
1) they have reaffirmed that we cannot discuss the Value Added Services (Optional Benefits) and that they will no longer be included in the SOBs.
2) They will no longer include the SOAs in the Enrollment Booklet. I happen to appreciate that the SOA was in the booklet. No more fishing around for SOAs that I could not find or had misplaced.
3) No magnetic advertising signs on our cars; I never used this, but I do know agents that do. It's typically for United Healthcare
