My name is Ken. I have been reading all the posts for quite some time. I have been in insurance sales for 34 years now. Started out as a captive agent selling accident policies for the first 9 years. Since then I have been selling cancer and accident policies with return of premium as an independent contractor.
I have a nice renewal check built up. I do get some cancel at issue and a few cancellations during the first few years. I get very few cancellations after the first few years because of the return of premium benefit. I do not get policies replaced.
