Appealing a Decision from American Memorial

I had a lady who's english wasn't very good. American Memorial asked my client "Do you need assistance with the normal activities of daily living such as...." and she said "yes, I need help with medication and walking around" She took it as if regular daily help. She's not bound to a wheelchair and isn't in need of a walker or cane permanently. The company I imagine took it as she's disabled. Is it possible to appeal this decision and how would I do so with them? I have called several times for the past week leaving voicemails and nobody is responding to the calls.
