Advice from P&C Independent Brokers

I'm studying to get my P&C license and would like to better understand average first-year / trail commissions and policy terms (years) for certain P&C products (see below). I know there's very seasoned brokers here so was wondering if you could provide ballpark estimates (know it varies a lot by carrier and coverage):

Homeowners: 15 / 15 / (? years)
Renters: 20 / 20 / 3 years?
Pet: 20 / 20 / 3 years?
Umbrella: 15 / 15 / (? years)
Jewelry: ? / ? / ?
