I have a guy who takes medication for Diabetes (no insulin), has COPD and uses light oxygen, he said he rarely uses oxygen and takes the medication Gabapentin because of his feet (neuropathy). I thought originally Philadelphia American was best but then he said he had COPD as I read the underwriting questions.
