When I was in management, I always told the agents that the grass always seems greener on the other side of the fence, but it's usually a lot of talk with no delivery. And boy I was right. In 17 years I've worked for 4 organizations--I feel like i know a good organization and I'm very loyal. but as opportunities in management dried up at efes i knew I had to maximize my personal deal, and they didn't have the elite agent packages that they have now. there's a leap of faith regardless, and the new outfit has to deliver.
