I just arrived at home and discovered a "final notice" mailed to me by Five Star, saying that if I didn't pay my unsecured balance, they were going to Vector me (along with a dozen other horrible things). I, like most FE agents, understand that if you take an advance and it goes bad, you pay it, so I have no issue there. Problem is, I wasn't aware I had a balance, and the "final notice" was the ONLY notice I received.
Fortunately, my balance was only $500 (I stopped writing them a couple of months ago), and I have plenty of inforce business to cover it, so I just called and took care of it.
