The following is the latest inspection report my agency got back from Donegal.
** Overall the property appears to be in above average condition & I want to thank you for the submission. The agency's RCE came in at $350,000, however the MIB inspection's RCE came in at $6,500,000. I understand this is a 1,500 sq ft brick rancher, however the bricks appear to contain shiny metallic flakes which is most likely gold. Gold flaked brick is quite expensive & we need to make sure we're meeting ITV requirements. Please have the insured remove a brick from the home & submit to us within 30 da
