I quoted a guy this afternoon at a preferred rating with TA. He's supposed to get back with me in the next couple of days so I wanted to double check my field underwriting to see what you guys think.
55 year old male
6' 2" 337 lbs.(one of the main reasons I chose TA)
Irregular heartbeat diagnosed '86.....ok since started taking Verapamil in '86
possibly diagnosed with sleep apnea, has cpap but no oxygen
Taking:
Verapamil 180 mg. 1x per day
Allopurinol 300 mg. 1x per day for gout
Regland 5 mg. 1x per day for reflux
Norco 7.5 mg. as needed for various pain
Zoloft 100 mg. anxiety....doesn't
