SNL Via PHR Insurance

My business with SNL has been getting better--based on what I read here there are FMOs that offer some higher commissions. So contacted SNL

They told me for higher SNL commissions to contract via PHR Insurance

So is PHR their national wholesaler? Anyone have SNL via PHR? What kind of commission levels do you get?
