Ok, so I started using the form last month and low and behold, the clients that are set for SS payment on the 3rd, got their money on the 2nd because of the 4th of July Holiday weekend.
The draft form must have worked!
I didn't get any NSF this month from those Direct Express users that signed the SS billing authorization form. Apparently SNL hit the cards on the 2nd when the banks opened up.
Another reason to send them tons of business! :biggrin:
