Primary Care Physician Not Being Cooperatve

There's a client that wants the life insurance that I am trying to get her approved with but when the insurance company calls up the doctor's office he is being very rude with them and even has his employees hanging up on the life insurance company when asking to obtain the records.

What are my options with this situation?
