Had a lead say he was able to lock in $10K whole life with 2 year wait. He had Cancer almost 2 years ago. He's paying $59 monthly. He's 72 in Ga. The best I could find was Gerber at almost $100 monthly. I thought Gerber had the best rates in GA for G.I. applications. Is this a direct to consumer deal for that low of a rate?
