Got called by a client telling me she doesn't want the coverage anymore because she found something cheaper. So I called her up and asked what it was she found. I had quoted her for 8,000.00 @ 40.50 another company quoted her 5,000.00 @ 34.80... so she wants to go with them.... so I told her how much does she exactly want since I quoted her at 5,000.00 which beat their rate. Is this type of idiot normal in the business? Have any of you had someone this ridiculous?
