Final Expense Company that Accepts Direct Express Payment

I need a final expense company that will write a 40 yo female without health problems that's 5'3, 317lbs. She's paying with Social Security direct express. I've already tried Transamerica, she's too large.

Also does the company pay as earned or advanced?
