I spoke to a gentleman from CT today and he mentioned SANDS. A company that makes it easier for agents to contract with P&C companies because these companies require a minimum of production. Has anyone heard of them? And what would be an option for a new agent to contract with a P&C carrier? Any preference? Are there any easier ways about it?
