Applied for TA Standard Got Graded

for a 56-year-old male smoker who says he quit back in February, but still considered a smoker so that's moot. Anyway, he had stents put in his heart back in 4/14 so he's in between 1 and 2 years on that. He has prescriptions for Norco, Neurontin,(both for back disc pain)Nitrostat, Carvedilol, Crestor, and Combivent. He said he was never diagnosed with COPD, asthma, or any of the other lung issues asked about on question #10 of the TA application. Said he had the Combivent for when he used to smoke he would get short of breath sometimes. Anyway, TA underwriters looked at that prescription
