Any of You Write Mortgage Term As Well?

I posted in the Life Insurance Forum and haven't received a response. I dont know how active that forum is. Hopefully I can get help in here.

I have a client who needs 200k 30yr term
28/F/NT
5'6'' 280lbs
Has anxiety, depression, psuedotumor cerebri and hypertension
Takes metoprolol, lexapro, Diamox, and Wellbutrin(depression not smoking)

Any SI carriers liberal enough?
