I have spent a couple of months reading and absorbing as much as I can from the different topics here on the forum, the majority of which has been extremely useful.
I had come to the conclusion, as I see recommended frequently, that a good option for a beginner is to sign up with some established agency, do the “ride along” and learn from the methodology of someone who is successfully writing good business. Losing part of your commission to obtain the training, in my opinion, is a “win-win” situation.
