Where and what to Write??

Hello, I am looking to figure out how and what type of policy I could write for homeowners that park vehicles on their lawns during stadium events?

More specifically the Buffalo Bills is a massive tailgating event and all of the homeowners close to the stadium capitilize on parking cars on thier property for $15 -$25 per car and generally get 25-50 each time.

I live in the same area and would like to market to these homeowners.
